Hatha Yoga

Will strengthen stretch, tone and relax your entire body. Whether you are trying to get in shape, cope with tension from the office or relieve the tightness in your body , . Hatha yoga is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing that revitalizes the body physically and mentally. It is an uplifting practice that increases muscle tone, improves flexibility and concentration, detoxifies the vital organs and allows you to relax deeply.            All levels welcome

Intermediate Hatha

We explore going deeper into poses. Challenge our Bodies, Using more complex breathe and movement,more  intensity.  Confident comfort with the  basic hatha  class is recommended before attending this Intermediate level. A solid knowledge of the basic yoga poses is needed to maintain optimum safety.

 

AB Fitness Yoga

This intense class has a little of everything Yoga, Pilates,Core, Fitness  Get ready to move your body,  work your abdominals & strenghten your muscles, get your heart going. Have fun while you sweat

Power Yoga

Being in movement, energetic,synchronizing breath with movement. Build strength, flexibility, and concentration. Cleanse the body and calm the mind..You can always expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout

A little bit of Hatha Yoga, a little bit of Power Yoga. Breath, relaxation, union of mind and body,,Revitalize the body physically and mentally. Pilates level 1 & 2

Mondays Starting Feb 22

Pilates is a series of floor exercises designed to strengthen and realign your body with lots of concentration on your abdominal muscles or " core" this has made Pilates one of today's most popular fitness techniques 

 Level 2 On a ball

 Balancing on the ball, causing your body to utilize core muscles and use them simultaneously.  The focus here is on muscle strengthening and relaxation. Developed to improve balance and stability, the exercise ball is unmatched as a tool for building superb abdominal strength.

*Please note you must supply your own ball

 

Cardio Pilates

Class starts Mar 11th

Revs up calorie burn, multiplies results and improves cardiovascular fitness. An invigorating fusion of classic Pilates movements and fat-burning cardio exercises,  delivering a satisfying workout with the strengthening, body-shaping effects  All levels welcome

 Starting Mar 11th
